Locking T-Handle

In the 2005 January issue of Mustang & Fords, there is an article written about a Locking T-Handle. Unfortunately, the individual who wrote the article never included any information about whom to contact. I have even attempted to contact the writer via e-mail and phone and was unsuccessful getting a response. Does anyone know where to purchase or get info about a Locking T-Handle that replaces the original T-Handle for a C-4 Automatic in a 1966 Mustang?

Their site has said the same thing for a long while now... high demand, out of stock, waiting on castings, etc... Email them, but also check over at VMF.
