I ordered an edge converter but I don't know if its lockup or non-lockup. When I filled out the applaction form, I put daily driver and all what is done to my car, which is nothing. So is this going to be a lockup or non-lockup.

From what I have been reading it should be a lockup.

People who have ordered edge, what did you get?

no way of knowing unless you call up Edge.

if you said its a daily driver, it should be a lockup.

i got a lockup

what size did you get?

He told me between 2800-3000 and will recomened an exact stall during the order process.

Your car still slow? A MAF meter fixed mine. haha im still completely stock and earlier today I down shifted from like 25 mph into first and i lost traction! Yay!

Mine is a lockup. If you told them it was a daily driver they should make it a lockup. When I got it put in mine my car wouldn't idle and would die alot on me ( no rotating mass ) till I got my chip. Any one else have this problem?

I may be wrong, but I thought the only way that they came for the AOD-E's were lockup. That may have been another manufacturers website I read that on, but either way, I am sure yours is a lockup converter.

mine stalled maybe once or twice but no real problem.

you can convert to non-lockup but you need to change the input shaft to a one piece.

mines a 3000-3200. you'll love it. it makes you aode come to life.

you should of gotten a transgo from Edge at the same time.

do you have a tranny cooler yet? very important.

I might get it installed sometime this week. My car still wont hardly even spin them now. I hope maybe my converter is bad.

Now that you tell me you can lose traction at 25mph, I think my car is still not right. crapola




Oh yea, I ordered a hayden heavy duty cooler. Going to get the mercron V stuff put in.
