The undercoating was still heavy and gooey after over a year.
In the leading edges of the subframes, the grease "wore off" and these areas picked up some rust. I would do these edges with rubber if I had to do it again.
Overall, it was a good idea and it worked but it's very messy and on my saab, I elected for the clear lacquer method and it makes working under the car far more pleasant.
For deep storage away from slashing rain that takes the grease off leading edges, this is the way to go!
