Kooks are 304 stainless, BBK are chrome or ceramic coated mild steel. Meaning the BBK's will rust out eventually. If you don't mind spending the money on Kooks, get them, I've heard good things. If you're on a budget get the BBK's or possibly look at other brands. JBA has 409 stainless and 304 stainless headers that are pretty affordable.
