ok,they are on .not a whole lot louder than stock but a differant tone,i guess as they say its a raspiery sound.no drone but sounds alot better under wide open throttle.i would say you can change mufflers and get about the same sound as if you didnt have the headers as far as noise and drone would go so if you like drone and noise,change mufflers,if youdont leave the stock ones on.
