i put long tubes on my car and i cant tell u the number of compliments ive gotten about how deadly my exhaust sounds, they advertise 30hp gains uptop i imagine with a few other supporting mods, but definetly worth the longer install in the end!!
When I switched to long tubes on my 89 it got more of a race car sound, I lost some horse below 3 grand but picked up 6hp after 3k. The nice thing was it lost the drone at 1800. Pain in the A** to install, and you need specific H or X pipe.
