Hey guys, I have Flowtech 1 5/8 - 3" Longtube Headers and the matching X-pipe. What other brand headers will fit with this x-pipe?

They have gasket connections rather than ball/socket:
X-pipe: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/big-53625flt/overview/year/1990/make/ford/model/mustang
Headers: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/big-12104flt/media/images/year/1990/make/ford/model/mustang

The X-pipe is decent, so I don't want to order a new one, but this is the second set of flowtech headers that have rusted out in 9 years, despite blasting and hi-temp painting the second set.

I ordered another set, so I can get it fixed without fitment issues.

Advice is still appreciated, since I'll be replacing these within the next 6 months. Are they any better if ceramic coated?

You can buy the new headers and have them drop shipped to Jet-Hot and have them coated.
I think you can even order them through Jet-Hot.

The good thing about Jet-Hot is that coatings is what they do, it's not an afterthought like a header company doing it.
They coat the header inside and out, instead of just the outside like the header manufacturers.

Just a thought.
And if you are dead set on the 1 3/4" tubes, Mac makes those.
