Hey everyone,
I used to own a 66 mustang but made the unfortunate decision to sell it when I headed off for college. Now, a few years later, I'm back in the market but looking at late models. Anyway, I've found a stock 99 GT with 106000 miles for $6000. It looks to be well maintained and in good condition and owned by a family rather than some 16 year old kid that decided to race it everywhere. I'm understanding of a 10 year old car having that high of mileage and I know a lot about late model mustangs. However, since I've never owned one I don't know common maintenance issues past 100k miles. If anyone can give me any insight on what to look out for and what questions to ask that would be great.
Thanks!

As for expecting tons of issues... I bought my 95 GTS about 6 months ago with 86k on it. First thing was the TOB - that went out after a couple months, but I was driving it like a 16 year old who just got a driver's license. Since then, I drive like a granny unless I'm at the strip - then it's on.
The issues my car's had are just minor things - it's never been out of commission more than a day or so at the very worst.
