Engine Looking for this part

83 5 liter carbureted.... looking for the elbow in the attached pic that attaches to the air cleaner for the PCV system.....
Anyone have any ideas or thoughts before I get creative??? TY all

I think that is the elbow that fits into the valve cover grommet... But I will follow up... thanks

I think you are right. It’s missing the groove for the clip.

Yes the retainer clip slides over the filter retainer to hold it on the inside of the air cleaner, then " the elbow" ( I think) is pushed on over the retainer and clips into the two little " fasteners" on the filter retainer... I can buy the filter, housing, and the retainer but cannot find the elbow...

For 5 bucks it's worth a try.
Ford (and others) used the same PCV setup on about all the carb air cleaners from the 70's up to early 80's.
