Well, I trailered my 66 GT350H clone up I-45 this weekend from Houston to Dallas and back for my wife's high school reunion. No problem going up but when I unloaded the car in Houston upon returning I discovered that I had left the driver's side brake scoop somewhere on I-45. I put them on with 6 pop rivets per side and they have held up well for the past 5 years. My question is how have some of you installed these little beauties and what can I do to prevent a repeat.

Mine have been on my Shelby for 40 years and 127K miles with pop rivets so I really don't know what to tell you. You should probably use those backing washers they make for rivets for a more secure attachment.
