loud fan

My fan is stupid loud. I was wondering if this is normal or should I get it looked at. I notice it when I am sitting at idle and it kicks on. It really bugs me. Thanks

Mine does this as well. What you are hearing is the high speed fan kicking on. It moves some serious CFM's of air, thus the audible noise.

lots of cfm = lots of noise...the sn95 high speed fan moves more than 3000cfm
