Yea that heat will kill you. I had a 14.5 with stock gears, then ran a 14.7 with 3.73s on a hot day.

AND I had drag radials the second time.

Those are normal times - I ran about the same with my car.

I lost a tenth about every 15 degrees hotter it was each time I went to the track.

Not yet, this will be the shakedown runs. I've got a trailer to tow me home if I blow out the rearend - it's intermittently making noises now.

Looking for some high 12s and 1.8X 60fts.

I just put in a couple more degrees spark to it - I think I'm done with the tune now until the track. Running 18 degrees total. If it gets cooler I may go 20-21.

Zimmer Gears in Baton Rouge off of Choctaw. I will end up taking my car to their head tech's house - he does jobs on the side. They are not the cheapest in town but they are the best in the area.

I'd rather pay a little extra to go with someone I know does a good job, sounds like you have a good lead on an installer. I also want to help out on the install and learn how to do it from a pro that does it every day.

Yea they know what there doing. They opened there shop up probably 6 months ago in Picayune,MS. They did the rear of my bro's truck here at my house because they didnt have there shop open yet and my dad has a lift and my dad knows them. Then they did the front after they opened up ther shop. They charged him $400 to install them in the front and back.
