Only once in awhile, but for the most part my Low Coolant Light will come on. First, I just checked the coolant level and it was fine. Still for some reason the light keeps coming on. Plenty of coolant. Maybe I have a faulty indicator? Anyone tell me whats wrong?

If that doesn't work and it's still coming on, just unplug it. That's what I did. As long as you know you have the right amount of coolant in there, then who cares anyway.

If you keep an eye on your temp gauge, like you should, then you will know when the coolant is low. I went a step further than unplugging mine. I ripped out the wiring for it, then I took the cap and ground off the part where the harness used to plug into it. You can't tell there was ever anything there, and now It is easier to add coolant

My car did the same thing. I just unplugged it and the light went out. I even cleaned the sensor out really good and still got the light. Only problem is that I throw off a code every now and then with it unplugged.
