Low oil pressure

WTF is up? I fixed my brake problem today and I took it for a spin and now the oil presure is really low. It goes up in idle but as soon as I put it in 1st in drops. It picks up when I accelerate. Is it broke or is the oil pump ****ed up?

Well I took it out for a drive. And everytime I accelerate the oil pressure goes up then goes down. It happens in every gear. Sometimes the needle dances by itself. Goes up then down then up again, like if I was in the Bermuda triangle. Any ideas?

lose sender connection...
I say check your sender unit connection. Oh its right on the oil filter housing in case you didn't know

hehe yea my dad said to get a new one. I dont think the auto parts is open. So ill go tommorow. Thanks

I raced it last night like that and took out a Z28 with a stock 96 GT

It turned out to be the crappy fram oil filter.

I know Fram oil filters are the worst by far! I would use a quality
oil filter like Mobil 1 or K/N! I always use K/N oil filters and
I never had a problem!
