Glad to know I'm not the only one. I got this after I lowered my car. I used H&R ss, tokico illuminas, and J&M cc plates. I think I'm getting used to it cuz I notice it less and less, but its still there only at low speeds like backing out of the garage or parking.

I agree the car that had the warranty work was not mine and was stock according to the person who posted in another thread, do a search (popping noise) and I think you will find the thread with the post I refered to.

By the way this morning mine was as bad as ever slow left turn's 5mph on bumpy surfaces seems to make it happen. 1fast03pony what is your suspension set up?

Well mine is more of a thud/clunk over bumps and like yours, turning makes it worse.
I have H&R SS springs with mach 1 shocks/struts, steeda c/c plates.

I did the search and I dont think thats my problem.

Rear Pinion snubber is good, the noise is in the front. im changing out the steering rack this weekend because my uncle had the same problem with his car and we swapped it out- the noise is completely gone. I have a feeling the diphsits that installed the suspension damaged it somehow.

Let me know if this helps something in my gut tells me it's steering related and the not strut's bottoming out because I don't beleive that they would only bottom out on slow turns on uneven pavement The guy with coilovers not only gave his strut more room to travel but when he raised the front end he also changed the steering geometry. I sure hope we figure this out soon I would like to move on as well but not untill this is over.

P.S. mine didn't happen directly after suspension work It seemed to start after the car was on the lift for something else?
