hey ive heard that Suspension Techniques has a real good set of lowering springs, their called Speedtec Competiition Lowering Springs u can find them in JEGS. they are supposed to give your car an 1.8" drop front and 2" drop rear to make your car look evenly dropped and not too high in the rear like most springs

H&R Supersports are really good overall springs...in regards to qality, size of drop they give you and not that expensive either. But I recommend gettign shocks and struts and some Caster Camer plates to go along with them.

Steeda Sports!

I am also looking to drop an inch or so. I heard Steeda Sports were best combination of ride and handling....don't know from experience. I am looking for the same thing for my wife's 2004 Mach 1. It has Tokico shocks and could use about a 1.5" drop.

Do I need to replace caster / camber plates??

Thanks for the help!

The Ford Racing "letter" springs are high quality as well.

I'm looking at the "B" springs for when I lower my Mustang: they get rid of the gap, but still give a stock-like ride.

Ive had the Steeda Sport springs and currently have the Eibach Pro springs. You cant go wrong with either one. The Eibachs seemed to drop it a little lower though and cost a little more.

Another vote for Steeda's..........Perfect drop, good ride and tighter handling.

I have the ford "C" springs on my GT. It lowered the car just enough for me, I also installed a set of C/C plates. You might want to think about installing some C/C plates also or you will wear out your tires.
