lowering springs

Just picked up a set of bbk springs for my 03 gt, was wondering if anyone has them installed and what their thoughts are of them, also what are some good shocks and struts to get

i had them on my old 93... pretty stiff spring rate, very good handling and lowered the car just enough to give it a nice look...i like them a lot..i was running tokico blues with those springs when i had them...never gave me a harsh ride or anything...if youre running stock struts/shocks you may get a bouncy/harsh ride though

well i havent put them on for that reason so i am waiting to put them on when i get new shocks and struts, but thanks for your input
