Lowering ??

I've noticed that when I get over 105 mph my car feels very loose, If I lower the car will it give me more control at high speeds and can I just put on lowering springs or do I have to change other things too? Thanks for any advice.

Ya you need a stiffer spring I have H&R's with stock shocks adn nothing else and the ride is AWSOME!
Here's what it looks like,BTW I didn get a Alinement but they didn't need C.C.Plates so that was cool!
