Anyone out there recover their car with the cloth upholstery kits from late model restoration? The price seems reasonable and I am sorely tempted to do this.

Ive talked to the rep on here about the kits and had him send me a sample. the material seems good but not a match for the stock seats. Id still like to see a pic of the covers in a car

Clay its cheaper and easier to just take it to a local upholstery shop and have them do it, my dads boat for a full recover in water resistant vinyl and custom embroidery was only 1k

I just bought a black set of the corbeau upholstery to go with my new front seats. I haven't installed it yet, but it seems like high quality stuff. It'll probably be a couple of weeks befor i get it in though.

I have been looking at those for a while, but withthe cost of the kit you fcan buy the interior from a mach 1 and transplant it into your car.
