Yes, dumps are just another term for the turn down tips on the GTs.

Sorry, when I refer to dumps I mean before the rear axle. The GT has turn downs but I'm not sure I would call them "dumps".

Agree with 25th, stock GT's are turn downs. Dumps are before the axle. Mostly designed for people who feel they don't have enough carbon monoxide exposure.
