How loud is a Mac cattted H-pipe and 40 series Flows? I have the flows by themselves, and really can't afford the car to be any louder on startup to avoid pissing off the neighbors

well, my catted X was pretty loud when i started it, and from what I have been told, the H is slightly louder than the X. If youre worried i would save the cash and keep the stock H on there for a nice, mellow tone

The good news about the catted pipe is you won't have to deal with the horrible smell most of us do.

I kinda liked the sound of the exhaust with just the 40 series on there. Nice and mellow but still fairly lound when you wanted it to be. I can't really say about the sound of my catted H cuz I put on the longtubes at the same time. I guessin it makes it a tad louder but not too crazy cuz you still have 2 cats. If you are wary, don't get it and stick with the flows. Its expensive anyway.

Wow! There is a catted H-pipe available for '98s??? Where can I get one? And what long-tubes would fit it?

Please please please answer... I have been wanting those for awhile.

P.S. I have the MagnaPack Catback.
