Im looking to purchase an MAC H-pipe and have come down to MACPerformance.com and latemodelrestoration.com to buy it from. However, the two website have two different pictures of what should be the same product. What's the difference here?

MACPerformance.com

I dunno what that 2nd pic is of the 1 piece H pipe is, but the real Mac h pipe is a 3 piece design like the upper picture. I don't think it comes with the durablack coating on them anymore though, which was crap anyway... I have full Mac exhaust on my car, & for the price, you can't beat em. The quality is pretty decent imo & the 3 piece design makes install much easier...

I have the 3pc on mine and its a great sounding pipe. I love the H-pipe sound more than the X pipe, I have had both.

The first pic is the newer/latest design, the second pic is the older design from the earlier years.
I have the one that looks like the second pic,but i got mine back in 2003.The newer design is much better, and will allow for better fitment.
