1998 Mustang Gt Rattling sound, cannot locate. Video included

I have this rattling sound that seems to be coming from the center of the transmission. It sounds like bbs in the exhost, however using a mallet with the engine running on the pipes yealds no changes.

Clutch in no change
Clutch out no change
It goes in all gears and seems to drive fine.
if you rev it on the way down in rps it completely stops for about a second when in the 2200-2400 range, making me think its the pipes.
I tried two pry bars on both pipes at the same time to pull them away from the undercarriage, no change
I have no cats, so you wouldn't think it would be debris in the pipes

The only thing I can see is the clutch fork jumping around, and it appears to match the sound speed

is the fork or cable end (if adjustable) making contact with anything? can you duplicate the sound manually (with engine off) with the fork?

I will try that, I'm going to also send my camera up in there and see if I can see anything off. It doesn't change when pressing the clutch in at all and really sounds like it's deep in the transmission about halfway in between the drive shaft and the clutch fork

Could be the main bearings in the trans making some noise (total speculation there). When was the last time you did a fluid change or checked level?

This is my weekend summer car it got a new motor back in 2018 and I've probably put less than 8000 miles on it since. I have no idea if it's the original transmission but the body has 190,000 miles on it. Transmission was emptied and refilled when I pulled the motor it is leaking out of the seal where the drive shaft inputs into the transmission , but not very much just a few trips here and there. Two things I'm going to try when I get home is disconnect the exhaust from the headers and run it to see if the sound continues that will completely eliminate all exhaust rattling or anything of that sorts I will drain and refill with brand new transmission fluid to the proper level and see if that changes anything if both of those fail it's going to need the transmission pulled I'm afraid

Also something else to note the transmission had allowed bearing wine last year when I put the car away anytime you would get on it hard and shift into another gear anytime where the transmission was free spinning with the clutch down like in between shifts it would whine like a supercharger loud concerning wine i parked it took it back out this year and that is completely gone hasn't made that sound once I probably got 300 miles on it before this other rattle started I'm wondering if a bearing let go

Does it have a "welded" on tag or emblem? I've heard/seen old bbk ones that had their "insignia" on a thin metal plate welded on rattle like hell before. is it an off road or catted pipe?

It's an off-road H pipe and it is the BBK one with the tag welded on never thought of that I will check that and see. Problem is I can't pull the exhaust off in my garage I'll need to take it to a lift it has the Cat-Back welded to the bottom of the H pipe
