Mac off road h pipe

I was just wondering whats the difference between the Mac off road pipe that cost about 119.00 and the coated one thats 157.00 is it for the head or what? i just ordered the 119.00 because its cheaper haha but i was just wondering if the sound would be any different or anything?

shouldnt affect sound. Im pretty sure its just an anti-corrosion spray that they put on it.

I bought the economy pipe. Then bought a cheap can of high-temp(1200*) paint. Mine's aluminum colored...looks great, no rust yet(buts it's really new)

the cheaper one is still aluminum, so corrosion should not be an issue. I think the more expensive pipe is coated as well as it comes with hardware.

I got the cheap Mac 2 1/2" off-road h-pipe with my mac long tubes and custom exhaust with flowmaster 40's. my car is insanely loud but every person who has a mustang has been trying to get there's like mine by using expensive parts like jba, magnaflow. i honestly haven't heard a better sounding mustang then mine.
