I think mines set on the lower side of the settings....When I removed my dogbone I also removed the plate that attaches to it on top of the dif that the snubber uses as a stop...
I think i went 1/2 way and hit some bumps and it sounded off by banging..i went lower...
what snubber are you using, the one that came with it???? I swapped in a smaller one i had so as to give me more adjustability...
The one in that pic is a BBK unit I got when I lowered it...rather than cut the Mac one I just used the shorter BBK in its place...
You can see from the "rub" on mine its hitting...thats it job..its a stop for travel...
If the setting is to "high" or outboard that'll cause not enough travel and you'll get banging or bottoming out...youll be able to tell if its to "high" let's say...just set it "inboard" to gain more travel...My pic shows mine "low" by my description....
