Hi
I have a 1997 GT convertible with something that I think is a Mach 460 sound system. There is a FM/AM/cassette player and a CD player that definitely looks like Mach 460, but there are only four speakers. Two in the lower front part of the doors and two in the side panels beside the back seats. I can not find any tweeters. What system is this? The reason I need to know is that the CD is broken and the radio needs to be replaced with one that has European channel spacing.

Doesn't sound like a Mach to me. My MACH has 8 speakers plus 2 amps in the trunk to power them. Sounds like you just have a basic system.

It's the 'Premium' system, best thing about it is you can get rid of the stock head unit and install a new headunit and not worry about problems like the Mach 460's

Yea, what Tom said. You should be happy you don't have a Mach460. Now get out there and get that baby thumpin'! The sky is the limit! (as long as the funds permit it. )
