MACH 460 Question

It makes the clicking sound too?

If so, my car's does it once in a while, and my old mans 95 F-150 does it too. I asked him about it and he's just said that it's a common problem with older Fords. He and several others have tried pulling them apart to see what ails it and none of them could determine what it is. The "engineers" at Ford say the problem is prevalent only in cars that are exposed to "extreme heat".

I just try to ignore it.

yeah, I finally got my cd player in my mach 460 (was stolen 6 years ago, and previous owner didn't pay for a new one ) it did that clicking thing for me too... but, it doesn't do that at all for me anymore... just that one time... if all works normally, why complain?
