I'm working on getting rid of my K&N cone filter and putting the factory air box back in, and I've got almost everything I need. The one thing I'm missing is the bolts that attach the mass air meter bracket to the strut tower. Does anyone know the size/depth of these 2 bolts?

I am not using my bracket. I have a C&L 76mm MAF, it has the bolt holes so the factory bracket would work but it works fine without it. Especially when I was using the stock air box.

This pic is actually a 73mm C&L

Current setup with 76mm, C&L cone filter set up for ram air from hood scoop

I have bracket, just didn't use it. Both setups using the stock air box rubber mounts to hold filter assembly.

Good to know it's not strictly needed. I figure I've got the parts, I might as well take it to completion. I like to try to get the minor details right if I can. Otherwise, I'll always look it at and tell myself there should be a bracket there.

Thanks, this helps a lot. The LMR install video says it's 11mm.

The head is 11mm, but the thread pitch is likely 6mm or 8mm

they might be blunted sheet metal screws, which tend to have unique thread pitch and very unique sizing that doesn’t correlate to a standard screw. Mcmaster-carr may have some.

I don’t run the bracket at all.
