Ok on the oem the 5.0ho top manifold connectiong to the tbody,egr,and air intake. These are some dumbass questions.! I know I know: but i cant get answers
1a)Is the tb bolted directly up to the maifold or is there a sort of o.e spacer between the two(tb and manifold).
1) i want to get a new manifold upper and lower(probably a gt40).And i want to know what i need to get the job done.Do i need Different gaskets etc. I know i should get a new tb also but i might not have enough cash.So i was wondering will a factory tb connect to the gt40 with out roblems or do i need a spacer.Keep in mind i want to keep the stock air intake setup but want to replace the tb to something a lil more breathable maybe now or in the futre.
2) When applying a spacer do you put gaskets on both sides or only the side bolting to the maifold.
