Hello again! Yes, I used one on my tubbed car. Goes in very easy. Seems to work great. Coming out to Jerry's party this year? How is the progress on the car coming??

We'll be at Jerry's party. She just bought another one, Texas car, really clean, check it out:

Not sure if we're keeping the '70 or not. This one has f'ked up power steering so I'm just going get rid of it. That factory setup sucks anyway.

the steering adapter isn't too bad...If you need to get a new steering box, I would probbaly just change otu the parts for the true manual steering.

So far, the adpater is working fine, 1968 coupe with FR 16:1 steering box and OT roller idler arm. Steering is a little more effort but road feel is alot better than it was.

I used one and daily drove it for like 2 years.

Still was using the stock gearbox too.

Thats a nice find by the way.....but PLEASE slap a boss 429 scoop or something over that hole in the hood!
