mass on 5.0 so

i have a 88 tbird with 5.0 and an aod. plan on moddingwith bolt ons maybe cam later was wondering about mass conversion on this motor. everything i read about is for 5.0 ho

i think one is batch fire and one is sequential

they also have different firing orders. the cam is the reason for this. if you want to swap cams just get one designed for an H.O. motor ( ex: TFS satge 1) and use the H.O. firing order. and as far as converting to mass air. use thre ford kit. http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField=30

i read somewhere that you could change around the injector plugs to make the sequintial work on a 5.0 so

i remember this now

you could switch the plugs around and change the firing order as well to run the non ho motor in a fox

but i dont know if this could apply to mass air on a non ho motor running sequential injection with the sequential ecm


i think you could run a fox ecm switch to batch fire and ho firing order with a mass air conversion but im not 100% on it
