whats up every one just dropping by to check up on every one what is every ones winter projects iam dropping a new mill in mine and maybe some paint so lets share what we all have planed

Get my A.F.R. Headed 336 cubic inch motor back together and dyno'ed.Hope to run in the 11's N/A. Next spring.

not sure yet thinking maybe ill keep it as a spare but for the right price i might let it go dont see why you would want it i think it has more miles than yours

Whats going on man? Well my winter project has already begun. My engine is out...stripped to the shortblock....ready for som AFR 185's, FTI cam and a whole lot more....looking for high 11's all motor....maybe sub 11's on the squeeze. Good to hear you are still hammering away at the LX...sweet car for sure! Keep us all posted!

yeah iam hoping to have the motor out this week and then i gotta take the nose off so i can sand blast the engine bay and the floor than take of taillights and mouldings and badges and start the body work the night mare has only just begun

Hopefully get a tranny solution that stands up to the motor I have and get the car consistently in the 9's. Been through quite a few trannies this season, thus keeping the car on the sidelines for far more time than it was on the road. Kills me to put it away with a 10.01 for the winter.....................maybe a trip to NJ is in order!

Only been to the track 4 times this year If I get my rearend built I might be headed to Atco in Dec to hopefully get some low 12s

Just a few minor cosmetic things + a tune for the new injectors/MAF setup. The engine is done for what I want it to be, and almost everything else is as well. Finally, an 'easy' winter.

yeah i kinda want to get new rims this year too something chrome i like the wheels i have now but i need something flashy and iam gonna paint it too thinking rio red(read too lazy to do a color change) i need a cowl hood though tired of my car looking bone stock except for wheels and big brakes

I am going to decide on the HCI combo......want to peice together a 5 lug conversion and obtain some 99 Cobra wheels once that is done

well....

Saleen rear seat delete kit (the one from dugan racing)
Install my lower control arms
Install my tach, water temp, and oil press. gauges
White Speedo gauges
weld in my subframes
lowering springs/ caster camber plates

and hopefully an explorer engine, i just need to find a junk yard quick so i can go pull one, and then swapping my e-cam, intake, and front accessories onto it along with an electric fan, new rockers, and maybe a better intake than my cobra

anyone no any good junkyards in the boston area that might have the 5.0 Gt-40 explorer engine??

I'm overhauling my kitchen. New maple cabinets with nickel platted hardware. Ceramic tile floor with radiant heat. Granite counter top and matching backsplach.

Oh...were you guys talking about Mustang projects ???

painting/ installing cobra R hood, repainting front and rear bumper covers from A**hole drunk kids on campus, weld in full length subframe connectors, legal tint, machine-finish 03 cobra wheels, eiback pro-kit, rip out the junk aod-e, and swap in a T-5, w/ pro 5.0 shifter, adj cable and quadrant, maybe rear seat delete(undecided) and maybe 3.73 gears (if not the winter than the spring when i buy gt-40 intake.) hmm, whatelse, oh ya, another job or a winning lottery ticket for us college guys

any one know of a place with a lift from the wheels, or a pit where i can get full length subframes welded in?... no one here is willing to do it or just doesnt have the lift capabilities.
