Yup, it's all because of the influx of fart cans.

The cops already break balls on this one. Talk to some of the import guys. They get pulled over all the time for exhaust and their other stupid rice mods. This bill is aimed more at them and we gotta suffer. ENFORCE the current laws

That will never pass. If so, alot of businesses will be shut down. Like Flowmaster, MagnaFlow and all the fart can companies..etc...That means ALOT of people will loose jobs....Just what we need in this economy that is trying to improve!

I dont think it will pass.

if it does pass, i dont know how much of an impact it will have on the aftermarket companies. im not knocking Massachusetts, but that market can probably be easily overcome by doing more advertising in CA or worldwide. welcome to the world of CARB approved parts. i work for a smog ref )state rep that gets all the noise and emissions violations cars) and i get to see all the POS hondas that have the dumbest modifications ive ever seen in my life. the funniest was when we told the kid to put PCV hose on his civic, and he came back with PVC piping ducttaped to his cam cover.
