If I had the opportunity to find out for myself I would, but you don't see many M3's around. So, my 00 GT with intake, pulleys, short shifter, long tubes, x-pipe, magnaflow after, 4.10's, and Diablo tuner against an 06 M3 with equal drivers in a straight line of course...I think it would be close, but who wins?

I ran an m3 and blew his doors off! Its all going down to traction for you though...If you throw down a 1.80-1.9 60ft he will have to play catch up at the end. I seen them run from 13.30's to 13.70's depending on driver!

You sure you didn't race a 318i with an M3 badge?

They run low 13's, and if the M3 comes with an SMG it will have launch control, and if so, I doubt it that an M3 would have to play catch up with a Stang.
