Meguiar's Show car glaze #7 or New car glaze #5

Since I am advised not to wax my freshly painted car for approximately 3 months can I use either Meguair's #5 or #7 glazes in the interim? What are the differences between the two? THX

#80 , Speed Glaze has a breathable sealant, should hold you up for some time. 3 MOnths is a little long, 30 days i understand....but 3 months??

This was a Meguiar's tech that stated the wait be approx 3 months.
