I gave the mag they were in to a friend, but it the Mustang Trader Magazine. If you go to their website (can't remember address) and put it in, the two of them will come up. If I recall right, it was $4K for the '84 and $5K for the '86.
Unless your F-150 looks similar to a red X.
Maybe find a pilot that loves Mustangs and would like to drive around an SVO for a little while in exchange for a little cross country lift?

hey jason i was just thinking about you saying that i should paint my side mirrors...what paint did you use and what do i have to do to get them off of the car...i have tomorrow off so i was thinking that i might do it tomorrow if im not too lazy!!!
to all of the melbourne stangers. I have heard that this fridayis he last test and tune night at bithlo until somtime around march. I am not sure if this is true but a buddy of mine that goes there every friday told me that is what he has heard. so if anyone wants to run at bithlo dragstrip. this friday may be the last tme for a few months.

I just grabbed some black paint that was laying around But I'd recommend a gloss black maybe obtained from a parts store since that paint will either be made more for car applications or you could obtain the vinyl paint type stuff that some use to paint bumpers. Who said anything about taking the mirrors off I just masked the area around the mirror(the window, some of the fender, some of the door) and got to work. I believe there are some screws on the inside of the little panel thats on the other side of the mirror. Think I saw this in a magazine.

yeah i work there...i was standing on the other side of the counter when you came in...i would have said something but i was talking to my manager because the night before we had gotten scammed out of 675 dollars and i was supposed to have been off today but since i was the one who saw the people i had to be there in case they came back...to make a long story short im prolly gonna have to look for a new job here pretty soon!

Well, I decided not to get the SVO. I took a few days to the think about it and decided I really need the money from my F150 and Ranger instead of another car. I kind of regret not getting it but realize that I really don't need it. My buddy even offered to drive it to Florida for me after I explained the significance of the car (he's a truck-guy, kinda like I was...and still am). But it isn't even worth regretting now, because the guy sold it yesterday (1.5 hours after the paper hit the stands 
) Oh well, maybe I can convince the wife to let me have the money from the F150 and buy an Incon set-up...
