Melbourne area stangs

What do you mean, born undera bad sign?
And hey, even though we might get SVO's, not guarenteed to make us (or me, at least) great drivers, I just might be throwing $5K away on a car that won't improve my driving at all. Which would suck...:(

I consider the GTS to be one of the most desirable SN-95's ever. To have one, and still have the inferior car in the group is what I meant about being born under a bad sign, i.e., ain't that just my luck?

And the driver skill will come with seat time. I'm winning out there sure. But I also had about 5 years of actual competetion driving under my belt, and almost 8 of high performance driving. It's all relative.

True, it's just about the only really desirable one's, except for maybe the Indy Pace Car Cobra. I didn't realize you had so much racing time, though. I knew you had some, but I didn't realize it was that much.

Yeah, hopefully I won't baby the SVO. I gotta push it hard and get out there and take some first place trophies! :D ;)

I have a couple books on driving if you want to borrow 'em. One deals specifically with auto-x, and the other is road racing in general. Both you and white are welcome to read them. Just don't read all the passages I've highlighted. That's where the secrets lie ;)

Yeah 100 shot, wet, spraying fuel and n2o

Cool. I'm kind of distrusting of nitrus. I knew a kid last year at my school who had a '98 Cobra and blew up TWO engines using the stuff. He spent more time driving it to and from the shop than anything else. Also, I have a friend who's about to become a pro drag racer and a master mechanic down here tell me not to use the stuff. But then again, he also told me not to get an SVO, because of so much stress on 4 cylinders. Oh well.
 :D ;)

Anyway, I gotta go to bed, y'all. Just 17 day's left of waking up early for military school! Woo-hoo! I just realized we haven't had promotions this semester...I hoped I would get lieutinant. D'oh! Graduating as a chief master sergeant, then. Good enough for me! Sorry, ranting. Good night, y'all.
