1. You need a new seat belt retractor. It'll be under warranty. First, pull the seatbelt all the way out until it hits the stops. That might free it up if it's just got something jammed in it.

They're torx head bolts. I have the drivers if you want to pull it out and turn it around. But if it got twisted by itself, it should be able to untwist without unbolting it. That's usually easier said than done though.

Yeah, very much easier said than done. I already tried streching it out and untewisting it, results suck either way. I hope the thing will still lock up if I need it too.
