Yep. I only put the blackouts on when I won't be on base for a while. With all the SP augmentee's around I was tired of them giving me hell about them. Couple of times they made me pull over and take them off. If it was a regular SP, I wouldn't care so much, but the augmentee's act like they know something when they don't know sh1t. Really ticks me off.

The guy said that Florida just passed a law banning them because they limit the light emitted (which is true). I always drove around with my brights on and never had any problems. No one ever flashed me either. Oh well.

That just seems like too low of a price unless the guy is trying to unload it for some reason... then again, maybe I'm just too cynical from working in finance/collections
