I would have got on it but didn't want to look like a a**. I don't drive that car much and I had like 3-4 people try to race with me on the way there. I actually pulled away from a stoplight on Babcock from a Acura that would not leave me alone. 410,s and torque.

What time is the car show at Waterford Lakes on Saturday? My better half and I may show up since she needs to go to Orlando tomorrow anyway.

That sounds pretty damned good considering the 01's were only rated 260 BHP at the flywheel. I wonder what my 95 Cobra would do at the wheels?

We were in the F-150 today so I wasn't even considering getting on the dyno. I would love to dyno the 88LX though!

Hers is a cool car from the show!

What have you done to your car that would give it that much of a hp gain?
I know about the intake, exhaust, and drive shaft.. anything else?

Considering they were on two different dynos Erich, I wouldn't compare these numbers to your run at Lugo's. Impressive none the less though.

Baggie has a point there Eric. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the dyno at the Waterford Lakes Car show was a Dynojet. A Dynojet tends to skew the numbers upward from what a Mustang dyno would indicate, how much I'm not sure, but that seems to be the general consensus. If your wanting to make any before and after mods comparisons you need to do it on the same dyno and preferably on the same day.

I like to use a different dyno. It costs about $10 for 4 pulls. It's called quarter mile runs. You can calculate how much power your car is putting to the ground by your trap speed if you know your actual race weight.

Lamotta's dyno tends to read pretty high while lugo's is a mustang dyno and they tend to read low. I say add them both together, take the average, and that is probably what you are really putting out.

Anybody have any pics, I was too busy at work to make it over there yesterday.

Yeah, I got 195 on Lugo's dyno stock. I knew the dynojets are higher, but they seem to be the accepted numbers over the Mustang. But even if it is high, I'm happy.

There is no way your car is putting out 195 HP. Lamottas is pretty close to accurate.

Very nice numbers erich! The dynojets do tend to read higher, so it would be hard to compare your original numbers from lugo to these. But never the less, there great numbers!

I think 5.0's got a good idea. Take the average of the two and that should be pretty close.
