nice looking car white...i havent seen the car up there cause its on consignment, but yah im guessing it has a few suspension parts if there asking 8k for it. but if it doesnt, the owner of the car might have just told them to try and sell it for 8. if your really interested in it they might come down. if thats stock it does seem pretty damn pricey for 107k miles.

i was up at blacks the other day talking to brian about that electric red 96 cobra, he said it was a sheriffs car before they got it...looks clean and sounds really nice. it had a 6-pt cage in it when they got it, but they had lamotta remove it (i duno why...although it was a pretty ugly cage for a street car). runs pretty hard...i guess it all depends on how much you wanna spend. they also have that 92 s/c lx up there that pulls really hard (took it for a spin when i was up there ).

Wednesday would work pretty good for me from now on. And we just happened to stumble in on Bikini Contest night. None of us knew about it. But it was pretty sweet, though.

White, looks like a pretty good car (have to change name to Black, though ...). $8K seems about right for the 5.0's, I think. I remember checking their prices a couple of months ago, and that was usually the going price.

i paid 8 grand for mine (93 triple black gt conv.) but it had 78k miles, and alot of mods. already done to it so...if that things stock i wouldnt pay 8 for it. its on consignment (as i said earlier) so im guessing the owner just quoted a high price to see if it would sell...offer them less if your interrested in it they'll probably take it.

eric- about your tire ??, yes $110 each for the kuhmos go to www.tirerack.com for a cool breakdown and review section, if your looking for a very good budget street tire(dont drag race this tire its too hard) the kuhmos are about as good as you get. I'll never pay much for steet tires again because i have the race tires now.

If you want some race rims(17x8) after im done with this current set of vitoracers i really want to move up to 17x9rims(275mm tires) so i'll be selling my current race rims cheap(around 150 for the set of 4)

How are the Kuhmos on the AutoX? How long do they last about? Actually, by the time I'll be needing new tires (hopefully around Thanksgiving...) my current plan is to have a nice, shiny, red SVO sitting in my garage, for the purpose of AutoXing, and eventually drag racing only, so we'll see. I got some time to plan this one out, I hope...

yeah i do to...so i might be going sunday to look at a 88 gt for 4000 instead! hopefully ill have someone to go with that knows what they are looking at, so ill know if its a good deal or not!!! anyone up for a little roadtrip sunday morning???

Tirerack has a very good site for choosing tires and those Kumhos are a great deal. The street tires I plan on getting with the Y2K's I want are only about $150 and that's for an 18" Ecsta. The Victoracers are even more reasonable (for a race tire).

Jason and i went to bitho. It was great. There was this civic dx and a a firebird trans am (v8 w/ nitrous, but he wasn't using it) that were up against each other ... well they are up and stuff and the civic takes off and about half way down the track the firebird decides to go and just smokes the civic, it was so funny. The guy is my new hero, he was funny. Between that and the econoline van running. The van did like a forever long burnout the whole place was just covered in smoke. That was great too, another new hero of mine.

and the guys on the bikes have balls the size of watermelons ... they were running like 9's, and there was an 8 and a whole bunch of 10's. it was crazy going up to like 135-140

The fastest I've ever been on a land vehicle was 185 on a bike... my balls were the size of raisins

yeah those guys are definately crazy mofos!!! i would never be able to do something like that on a bike...now a car, thats a different story!!! if i go sunday i will keep everyone posted on if i decided to get the car or not!!! or maybe ill just make it a surprise for the next autoX!!!

I went too and couldn't believe how dead it was there. Cars bearely wrapped around that turn in the staging lanes. I haven'te seen it that way in I don't remember how long. I wish I had my car or I would have ran it because it was pretty cool out last night too. That van was funny as hell though. You could bearly see the head lights shinning through all the smoke.
