It depends. Harnesses can save you or kill you. I've heard of some cheaper brands malfunctioning during a wreck. The harness kept the guy in place, but the mechinism broke and he couldn't release himself. He got a free cremation and all his friends got to watch. MOMO is a reputable brand and I've never heard anything bad about them. I was going to go with Simpson camlocks, but $115 is a damn good price. The simpsons are about $160.
