eric, where did you get the $190 tire price from, my street kuhmos in 245/45/17 are only $110 each, heck my race kuhmos are only $138 a tire. my advice dont go expensive on street tires if you want to race a full season get two sets(one street, one race)

Nitto 555's are only $155 a tire(if you want a drag type street tire)

I'm hopping nitto starts putting out there road race 555rII in more sizes, i might give it a try.

The last tires I got, KDW's I believe (too lazy to go check) cost $190 a piece. So, the tires you run on normally, out daily driving, cost $110 each? How long do they last? How's performance on them. I thought about getting a second set of race tires, but it's still up in the air.

Also, y'all, just got back from our Hooters trip. Baglock, White, and I were all present. We had a great time. I wasted a trip to come back home to grab my digital camera for the BIKINI CONTEST :eek: :eek: :eek: that we watched, with no cameras allowed. :rolleyes: I was the last to leave, staying through Round 1. Very nice. They were having a frozen t-shirt round as I left. Shoulda stayed for that, but it was only 2,000 degrees in that tent, so I just left. Next one should be the second thursday after the next autoX, same time (5:30). Hope some more can make it. :D

We came up with the whole 2nd thurs of the month mainly because it worked for the guys there. If you always work thurs, we ought to try to come up with a time that will work for more people. I realize that whatever time we come up with is not going to work for everyone all the time. Personally, I'm typically available any evening (at least till June). We all should post our general schedules so that we can get a time that will work for most of us most the time.
