Melbourne area stangs

Yeah, I hear ya. When GISS (the orig) was on Speedvision a while back, I recorded it. That is a pretty spectacular jump. What's even better is the fact that that car drove away from that jump. Slowly albeit, but still under its own power. And as far as the "Eleanor" from the remake, I WILL buy a 67 to build into a GT500 clone. If only I could afford the original...

So did we ever decide when we were going to go pickup Hooters girls? ;)

I had to be at a lan party when that came on and missed it. I tried to catch it again but well, that didn't happen. But yeah, you kinda tend to drive slowly when your back is in pain as a result of spinal compression. Not to mention the driver was like "Whoops, that wasn't supposed to go like that" :D

Actually, with the exception of the 40 minute chase scene, the rest of the original GISS sucked royally, IMO. This is one of those rare things were the re-make is actually better than the original. :D

Yeah, the remake kicked @ss, but the original had its own merits. Granted the acting sucked and there really wasn't any plot development, but their plan was flawless: drive cars really fast and wreck them into other cars. Can't go wrong with that!

And the 11th sounds great to me. Around 5:30?

Finally got my new digital camera. In case you didn't know, some stores are selling "Fast and Furious" today, and aparently most of the ricers found this out. There were about 20 of them at the Melb. Mall. Anyway, check this one out. I was laughing so hard I could barely hold the camera still.
