Melting header wrap

Here's my problem....engine coming up to temp, cylinder #2 is very hot, trying melt the header wrap off. This is the only cylinder doing this. Any thoughts?

header wrap is not that great IMO, it needs to be wrapped super evenly or else it'll get hot spots

whats the plug look like in that CYL? heat= lean and lean = bad!
