Ok I have recently purchased a 1969 fastback(my dream car). Now i bought the car with no passanger seat and a very worn driver seat, everything else on the car is in very good condition though and i'm happy to say absolutely no rust. Now I have i once in a lifetime chance of getting these seats for $30 dollars each from a destroyed SL500 that is being held at the junkyard. I'm holding it because i might buy these seats from them and i dont want the car to get crushed. So my question is do you think these would look good in a '69 fastback because im trying to modernize the car and i dont want these seats if they wont look good. so help the new guy out what do you all think.

If you can show us some pics that'd help. That's seems really cheap for those seats.

Bring on the pics, but even if they didnt look good in your stang that is really cheap, and you could resell them for much more than you paid for them, i say go for it

If they are clean I'd get them and later down the road If I didn't use them I'd ebay those suckers and rake in some cash.

I don't think they are fully reclinable so that may be a problem.

You say they are black. If they are black leather, I'd jump all over those!

Even if they are just black cloth, they look to be fairly comfortable, and have decent styling. In the very off chance that they just won't work, then you can try to resell them. Otherwise, you are only out a minimal amount of cash.

I say go for it!

If you don't want let me know and if you are somewhat near me I will buy them. I like those seats, you should really find out the dimensions on them to see if they would fit.

if you dont buy them you are a fool... You can make a TON of profit off those if you dont use them. I bet you can sell them for $1000 on ebay or corral

I agree, if they are still together I would snap it up, hell how much do they want for the motor? That would make a cool rod swap
