Mid Pipe for Mach 1

What are typical power gains for mid-pipes on an otherwise stock mach 1?
Cat-backs on stock mach 1's?

Just wondering if you slapped an off-road midpipe with the stock catback would the gains be about the same as a off-road and aftermarket cat-back.
