If I were to redo my exhaust and only remove the last 2 catalytic converters, would I need to get MIL eliminators, or are they only needed when all the cats are removed?

The question is not really understandable?

Will you be going with a High flow hpipe or will you go with an O/R hpipe?

to answer your question, yes, you need em

either get mil eliminators or a chip burnt to eliminate the rear o2 sensors

If you have an Xpipe that is not off road you will not need them! IFyou get an O/R hpipe you will need them?

What type of pipe are you getting!

It's actually a custom setup that only removes the rear 2 catalytic converters instead of paying that outlandish 150 dollas for a full O/R H or X-pipe that I have had designed to fit my car.
