I have to get an inspection soon and need my check engine light to go off before I get it done. What all do I have to do with installing these?

unplug your rear 02 sensors and plug the MIL eliminators between the 2 wires, should take you 15 min tops.

just make sure when you do do it, get it positioned properly, attach it to the holding area so that it doesnt fall down and touch the pipes, therefore melting the crap out of them

How many sets would I need for my car? I drive a 96 and my friend drives a 95, but he had two pairs installed for his car, but told me that I only need one pair. Is this true?

You only want to disable the rear O2 sensors (there are two of them, one pair). The front ones NEED to stay in place and be functional - they help keep your AFR balanced in all driving conditions.

ya they only go in the "post-cats" sensors, raise your car and you'll see what we're talking about, it's very easy
