mild or heavily modified?

Ok, what's the distinction? I see "only do this if your car is heavily modified." What is the cut off point between the two?

Just curious....

I would say mildly being top end work only, and heavily being bottom end work along with the top end. This is just my opinion though.

wow... now that is a question...!! I think it is where you live!! Some places an intake and gears might be , or the HCI could be... but , yeah.. Usually the bolt ons are modified and the engine is heavy. But then suspension, slicks and power adders could be also.... So, build it till your done!! and then ask..." am I heavily modified??" Cool??
